Exercise and work outs 🏃‍♀️

Sooo I’m no where near ready to start any physical workouts yet as I’m only 6, nearly 7 days postpartum but…when and what did you do to try and help get rid of the “pouch” 😩🫠 This is my second c section so my belly is rather an odd size and shape. I feel that because I wore the wrong size full brief knickers my belly has now got a weird sticky out bit to the bottom of my stomach due to how tight the knickers were cutting in🥴

I started walking around a week pp, I slowly increased the distance until I was/ am walking 2-3 miles. I got cleared at my 6 wk appointment and now I’m going to the gym every other day just for cardio and going on walks in between. I know for a fact I’ll always have the overhang. Even if it’s just loose skin. Also I heard fajas work? I just got one yesterday and have only worn it once. Good luck girl!!

The pouch is very normal after a c-section unfortunately. Just had my second c section 2 weeks ago and it’s alot more noticeable than my first! The swelling will go down over time but C-section massage can help! Its more doing that over exercises as it’s not because of fat it’s because of swelling from the surgery x

@Isabelle I was going to say Its definitely more swelling than anything else but I have a feeling my pouch will be bigger this time round. Just the shape of it is worrying me due to how tight my knickers were x
