I’m having this now just ending 31 weeks about to go into 32 weeks. Pretty sure baby is dropping. I need to pee more often than before. I’ve been wearing a diaper since 25 weeks bc I keep leaking pee. lol. I feel pressure from her on my bladder and lightning crotch. Yes all normal
Physical therapy and a lot of stretching helped me. I had that pain in my second trimester and now I’m 31 weeks and the pain is gone.
I have the same experience. My doctor told me it was normal as well. I am 30 weeks pregnant. I’ve been feeling it since 26 weeks.
Same here! So much pelvic & hip pain since around 20 weeks. Soooo much sooner than my first. I've mentioned it to my docs multiple times, of course they say oh its normal youre fine. & they barely recommended physical therapy at 30weeks. So we will see how/if that helps in time for L&D.
@Jorgie-AnneMy doctor suggested a belly band and prenatal yoga. That helped a lot. Wishing you some relief! That shit hurts!
@Shanniece same on my 6th and having the same problems
I have been experiencing similar symptoms and found that stretching every day has been so helpful! Simple but effective 🤗
My coochie hurts also . Like I wake up and groan all day . It’s like the yoga doesn’t work anymore I’m just a blob that’s in pain that whines abt it all day 😭😭😭 only thing that helps is an epsom salt bath I suggest that for all us ladies
See a pelvic floor therapist!! I’m going through the same thing.
I got a Pap smear like three days ago and it hurt so bad! Now I have this same pain :/ it’s so uncomfortable
@Jorgie-Anne man I feel like this also and it is very annoying! I myself am only 22 weeks and I have been experiencing the same exact pains now for about the last month and I have been so exhausted and miserable every day!!!!! Every time I walk up some stairs, or even just turn my body my stomach and back feels like it’s on fire 🔥 and in so much pain! Can you please let me know how your journey is going and what you are doing to get some relief because I am about ready to just sit down and rest for the rest of my pregnancy!!!
@Brandi Smith Hey Honey, I hope you’re having a Happy Wednesday so far. I’m 33 weeks and I can’t say that I have found any kind of solution. I’ve been having debilitating pain since I hit the third trimester. I can’t say that I’ve experienced anything like during my first or second pregnancies. I’ve consulted my OBGYN and they’ve pretty much dismissed my symptoms as normal pregnancy issues. Aside from severe sciatic nerves, round ligament pain, and symphysis pubic dysfunction; My pregnancy has been going extremely well. I try to sit on comfortable surfaces as much as I can to relieve the pressure off of my pelvis and limit how much I have to go up or down stairs. I also move very slowly.
@Jorgie-Anne Good Morning! And yes I am trying to find some positivity in my day but I just couldn’t get no sleep last night due to severe pain in my pelvis area and having bad round ligament pain and I just feel so defeated and tired all the time 😵💫! I too tend to move around very slowly now and I hate that I have been feeling this way because it is starting to disrupt my work life and I be so tired that I cannot focus at work because of the pain and pressure I feel all day so I just try and focus on other things to keep me distracted
@Brandi Smith I would try looking into a belly band to relief the pressure on your pelvis. I can’t offer recommendations because I actually haven’t bought one for myself. I personally can’t stand the feeling of any kind of pressure on my stomach or pelvis; Even clothes! Pre pregnancy I wore S/M. But now I wear XL just to avoid the feeling of pants digging into my pubic area/pelvis. I’d recommend a body pillow too. I’ve tried all of those oversized ones and I really didn’t like them. I personally preferred the mom cozy mini-maternity pillow because it’s adjustable. I can put it exactly where I need to relieve the pressure for my belly or back. Sometimes I take it apart and use one of the pillows for lumbar support. Hot or Very Warm showers are your best friend. I try to live in the shower for as long as I can tolerate. Having warm or hot water pouring onto my back is the only way I feel any real relief. I’ll take a reasonably hot shower and then go lay down once I’ve toweled off.

@Jorgie-Anne I completely understand about the pressure on the belly I feel the exact same way! I hate wearing pants or anything else over my belly now because it makes me feel so uncomfortable and it feels like a lot of pressure is being put on my belly and pelvis also! As far as the belly bands is concerned I have tried at least 3 or 4 different ones and unfortunately since I was overweight pre pregnancy I now have that weight plus my baby weight to account for and it is so hard to find the right belly band that will provide the right kind of support that I need to lift my belly up and provide relief 😮💨! So that’s why I said I feel so defeated because I feel like I have tried any and everything to help take the pressure off of my belly but I just end up in the same situation every single time!
I’m on my 5th and when I tell you I’m experiencing things I’ve never even heard of. I thought I was having a heart attack and was informed it was actually GERD. My tailbone hurts so much I can sit down without a pillow and my OB said “it is all totally normal” I’m sorry ma’am what?
