Back pain after section

4 months pp and it’s horrible, went to gp and they prescribed painkillers which have been super helpful. The issue is if I miss one, pain comes back, I’m thinking to get a support belt just need to find one that will help
I have it bad kind of where your bra sits at the back it's like a dull achey cramp it's awful
I had a C-section back in 2022 and another in July 2024. I’ve suffered with back pain ever since my first. If I bend a certain way that’s it, I’m in agony for a few hrs 🥺 xx

Yeah. I have never suffered with backache until now. I’m nearly 4 month PP
Omg i get the pain if im standing or walking for a long time! And im 7 months pp it was a lot worse before though
I did for a couple months and then started doing core strengthening exercises. Helps so much
Lying down, sitting and standing lol and I’m 6 month pp😭😭😭
