I am 5ft 1, my husband is 6ft 2, with my first baby they told me she would be 9lbs (it is all based on length), and she was 6lb9 2 days late, take everything with a pinch of salt, percentiles only take your body into account not your partners so if your partner is much taller than you your baby will always be longer than they expect!
Your baby only grows to the amount you can carry if the doctors are worried they will come up with a plan for birth x
I have also been told I’m having a big baby. Also 5’4 and generally small framed. They told me my last one would be big too and he was 8lb 4. I’ve read that ultrasounds have a 15% window so it is not an exact science. Anecdotally I’ve heard a lot of mums say they’ve been told they would have big babies and have gone on to have normal, healthy sized babies. Generally, I think your body will only produce a baby that it can birth so I would try not to stress too much. 🩷
