First midwife appointment

No, you get an appointment sent through. I had my midwife appointment on 4th April and my scan appointment came through last week for 1st may x

I guess it depends where you go and you can always ask at the appointment. I got sent both my midwife appointment (which is also next week) and my scan appointment (at week 12) all in one letter.

I think it’s different depending on where you are in the country, I was given mine at my booking appointment

I received my appointment for my scan a few days after I met with my Midwife x

I'm in Bristol and my scan was booked for 2 days before my midwife booking appointment (I'll be 12+3. at that point) Not ideal but they said it's because they're just too busy and can't get people in before the recommended 10 weeks at the moment...
