Baby biting

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop my baby from biting? My almost one year old tries to bite pretty frequently and has bit my 3 year old as well. I firmly tell him no and say ouchie and move him away but I’m not sure what else to do. He will be playing with my older son and will bite him and sometimes he will come up to me and bite me as well. I try to redirect as soon as it happens.

Commenting so I can follow any advice you receive as I also have a mini piranha that attacks 24/7. Everyone keeps telling me to bite her back, but I don’t have it in me to hurt her

when my son tends to bite when he is over stimulated or over tired. When he is getting close to his nap time, or when we are going to be in lous environments or new places I always bring things for him to chew on. At/near nap time i make sure he has plenty of them around the room in reach. He had bitten myself and my husband 2-3 times each and each time we say "no" and we grab a chew toy (sillicone stick, his pop socked phone, his chew keys etc) we chew on the item and he always wants to grab it and chew on it himself. when he reached for it we give it to him. now if he buries his head in between our legs or in our shoulder (inner thigh or shoulder is his favorite to try to bite) when he is tired we just grab a chew toy and he takes it and goes off to chew his toy. He hasn't bitten me or my husband (or his grandparents who watch him during the day) since we started doing this
