@Charlotte What do you mean by that x
Speak to your midwife and see what she thinks x
@Aimee do you think I should worry??
I don't think you should worry, but it's important that the records are as correct as possible. And it will hopefully give you an opportunity to voice your concerns to the midwife x
@olivia no I wouldn’t worry but your midwife will reassure you better than anyone on here as she’ll have access to your notes x
Growth scans are so unreliable. My son was measuring consistently on the 50th percentile at every growth scan, but was born 0.4 percentile at 41+1. He was perfectly healthy. They’re concerned I’m going to have a small baby again despite my son being completely fine and my growth scan currently being within the normal range. I haven’t even asked them what the measurements are because I don’t trust them at all.
Usually at scans, someone comes afterwards as well for a second opinion and sonographers use their own initiative for that! The fact that it wasn’t even a sonographer should be concerning bc he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. You should insist another scan with a proper member of staff bc scans should leave you feeling content tbh not anxious and confused! X
Ask for a second opinion through nhs.
