I had the same at my 34 week scan said he would be 4lbs 11 and came out 7lbs3 sure they do it just to scare us haha x
Honestly I think they make you more anxious than anything else. For 10 weeks my little boy was on the 48th percentile but his head was in the 72nd!? I went again last Monday because I’m now 38 weeks and his head is now measuring exactly how it should in line with the rest of his body!? As a baby myself, my mum was induced 3 weeks early with me because they said I was weighing roughly 11lbs, but I was born weighing 7lbs2oz! It’s crazy. Try not to worry lovely!🤍
@Gemma honestly they scaremonger you 😂 I think all this technology sometimes isn’t always a good thing! That’s made me feel better thank you x
@Evie they do don’t they! The midwife was like it’s not great… I was like thanks 😂 it’s so stressful! Im glad he’s all in line now! Moving house end of the month too so emotions all over the place! Thank you 🩷
I wouldnt worry I had a growth scan 14th April and baby was estimated 4lbs 11 and <3 centile, he was born 19/04/25 5lbs on the dot so yes small but them dropping down a couple centile can be inaccurate readings and nothing concerning
