Inconclusive scan
Hey, I had a private scan today and they estimated 5 weeks 1 day… according to my app we should be 6 weeks 5 days.. of course might not be accurate but we didn’t see a heartbeat today. We saw the pregnancy sac, yolk and baby.. so 3/4 but they said inconclusive.
Is it possible to be almost 2 weeks out? I’m sure it will all be fine and progress as normal.. I’ve never miscarried and have a little girl. I just feel a bit deflated after today and wished we’d never booked a private scan.

We actually had the same thing today, I thought we were 6 + 5, but they’ve estimated 5+3 and saw pregnancy sac & yolk sac but no baby yet.. booked again for 2 weeks time so 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I had the same thing a few weeks back. I thought I was 6+3 but early scan showed baby only 5+1 Now I’m 8+1 though if you go off the dates of the scan not my app
@S Marie and is everything ok? Have you had another scan since?
@incognito they found the heartbeat on that scan so they presumed all fine! But I don’t have another scan now until Friday when I’ll be 8 weeks 5 days so shall update then!
