I wouldn’t recommend any of the stroller/car seat combos. They’re very heavy, don’t last as long and just because it’s not in the car doesn’t mean the walk or on the go doesn’t count as the time an infant is in a car seat. We did a bassinet style convertible stroller. It went all the way from the lay down style and has converted to the toddler setting.

agree with getting a bassinet for the early days! we have the uppa baby vista which came with a bassinet and then we have the nuna pipa rx car seat and got the adapter for it to work with the stroller. love this combo. we have a doona car seat/stroller that was handed down to us and we have used it when we don’t need the lower basket or for quick trips but wouldn’t use it as the only stroller! i like having the bigger one despite it being a little heavy

We loved our Graco snugride snugfit 35 DLX. It clicks right into the base in the car seat for easy in, easy out. It also works with any Graco click connect strollers. We had the Graco fast action jogger LX and loved it, but it is heavy/bulky. So we just got the Graco ready2jet compact stroller, it’s lightweight, one handed open/close, and also works with the car seat. 😊

@Heather I was checking out the doona car seat and stroller because the combo has great reviews and tons of them. We probably won’t be on the go too much in the first few months but I’m hoping to find something easy enough for when life picks up again! I’ll check out the uppa baby vista! Thank you!

Im a huge fan of both Chicco and Maxi-Cosi as far as safety and comfort while also being well made products.

I have the Doona car seat/stroller and it is the best! I have 2 bases one for my car and one for my husbands. It’s so easy just click and go. You also don’t have to transfer this little tiny baby in and out of a car seat then a stroller then back again. It’s nice. You can always go to target or another store that carries them and see them (floor models) in person/ push them around the store.

I have an evenflo carseat and stroller combo. It also came with a bassinet/toddler seat

I’ve loved every Graco product I have and the prices are great too
