Pram in the car

Does your pram fit in your boot? We had to have the wheels in the back seat and the chair in the boot. I bought a bigger car today and it only fits in the boot if I have one of the back seats down, bit disappointed

Mine fits I had a ford ka+ and even then it fitted in that and I’ve now got a Nissan juke and have no issues at all

@Kayley which pram do you have?

I have an ickle bubba stomp

We previously had a VW polo and it was a nightmare to get the pram in. The frame of the pram took the whole boot space so the buggy part then had to sit in the back seat but we are due baby number 2 so we couldn’t do that for much longer. We ended up buying a VW Tiguan at the end of January and the difference is night and day! The boot is massive so the whole thing fits in the boot alongside any bags etc. I honestly don’t know how I coped before🤣

I have a toyota yaris cross and mines comfortably fits one pram, or two chassis frames one bassinet and a second bassinet sits in the back seat ( I have a baby and best friend has a toddler and she doesn't drive) x

I've got a travel system, the bassinet and the wheels fit perfectly in the boot of my Golf but we couldnt fit any other bulky items in on top of it!

We have a bugaboo donkey which is pretty bulky tbh. Fits absolutely fine in husband's car (VW Touran, previously VW Passat) with space on the other side for the shopping/dog/whatever. I have a Ford Focus and it fits fine in that too, space for the changing bag and some coats and stuff but not much else. Previously had a wee sports car (Toyota GT86) and it just fitted in that too, although I had to take the wheels off the chassis which was a bit annoying but not difficult
