Low lying placenta..

Just wondering if anyone has experience with their placenta moving up enough between 32 and 36 weeks? At my 20 week scan they said my placenta was slightly near baby’s exit so got booked in for follow up at 32 weeks to check the placenta had moved up. Had the scan this morning and it’s still too close to be allowed a natural birth. They’ve booked me in for a final follow up at 36 weeks and said there is a high chance it could still move up enough but kinda thinking surely it would have moved up already if it was going to?
