Second Line??!! 😍

Hi guys. I literally woke up (already late), making myself a breakfast and had a dream I did the pregnancy test and it was positive. Well, my period is late about 12 days but with pcos I got used to it. Anyway I did a dozen within last two weeks and they were all negative. But I just made another one and tell me it isn't only me seeing second line? 😍 We have been trying for our first who is 14 months for 2 years, had everything in line for IVF, had less than 10% chances and out little one just happened naturally 😅 we decided we don't want to protect to see if we I'll be any lucky, never thought we will be again. I am so excited, I will buy another test on the way back from work. Have you got any ideas how to tell my fiance? I just want to wake him up now 😂 but wanted to make something more special once I am sure. Can not stop smiling, don't want to jinx it though 🙈
