Are you stressed at all? Me and my husband both have stressful jobs it took us 6months to conceive our second and he was conceived when we were on holiday and didn’t have work stresses.
I took prenatal vitamins and was same as you. My son is almost 3 and I lost a baby last February 2024 and been trying since and was getting nowhere. Done same tests as you. November 2024 I done a pregnancy test randomly expecting it to be negative and it was positive. Now 26 weeks pregnant. It will happen when it happens honestly. I know it's easier said than done but it can just take time
It took me over a year, prenatal vitamins definitely, but also letting it go. Once I stopped obsessing over it, it came to me.
I actually started working out to lose some extra weight, took prenatal vitamins, and used ovulation sticks. And then we just relaxed with it and had fun with each other without making it a job or something stressful and it worked for us
If you or your partner drink it could affect fertility. Drinking and smoking anything (even 🍃 )and make sure you’re also both eating healthy. Some people are more susceptible to their diets and consumption when it comes to fertility so maybe that’s case? Good luck🫶🏼
It took us a year to conceive after a miscarriage. The fertility doctor told us to do the following: prenatal vitamin, vitamin d (2000IUs), increase vegetable protein intake, no alcohol or smoking, take 200mg of coq10, partner should additionally be taking a zinc supplement. Buy the ClearBlue Ovulation kit...its more expensive but it is so accurate and easy to use. Be sure to have sex the 3 days leading up to ovulation. Good luck! It's so incredibly frustrating. 2nd time infertility is very real and so hard!!!
You can also send him for a fertility test too, or order one online he can do at home. We were trying to conceive for 2yrs, and I requested he get tested after a motorcycle accident that made his balls swell up to the size of a cantaloupe... I'm not sure how functional he was beforehand, but afterwards, there wasn't any fertility. 😔
A lot of people take over a year to conceive with no fertility issues. If you're in the UK they refer for tests after one year with no luck, or 6 months if you're over 35. Trust me I know it's hard when you desperately want something but this doesn't mean anything is wrong. Ovulation strips might help you learn a bit more about your cycle, not everyone ovulates when the apps predict, and vitamins and eating healthy/being healthy can't hurt 😊
Definitely start taking prenatal vitamins and you could try ovulation sticks too I've never used them
