2 sacs
So I went for an early reassurance scan yesterday but it turns out my dates are off by a couple of weeks so I need to go back for a rescan. The sonographer showed me and my partner the screen and there was 2 sacs and said it might be a multiple pregnancy. Has anyone had this?? There is no twins in the family and to be honest I’m just fully freaking out as my rescan isn’t for 3 weeks time 🤣🤢
If you’ve had this did it end up being twins? What was the outcome? I’ve googled so much and it’s sending my head into a spin. Thanks x

Scanned at 10.5weeks with two sacs and two embryos. Gave birth to healthy twins who bring me a world of joy! ❤️twins don’t run in my family. I feel so blessed. You’ve got this mum!
When I was pregnant with mo/di twins, didn't have twins in the family either. Turns out not all twins are genetic! I went too early, they saw one sac and had me come back 10 days later. I had one chorionic sac and two amniotic sacs meaning identical twins!
I had an early scan at 5 weeks due to some complications and they actually found 3 sacs but what looked like two embryos. Went for a scan at 7+5 and still three sacs, but still only the two embryos. I'm now 34+5 with di/di twins. I didn't realise until we concieved but twins do run in my family.

I had an early scan at 5w5d and we found two sacks and two embryos. I am now 25 weeks pregnant with di/di twins 🐣🐣 I then had to wait for the 12 weeks scan to get further confirmation.
