When my little one was going to start we were allowed in for little play dates where we went in one hour each week to see how the nursery worked and to see how the staff interacted. I made sure to ask their routine and to see if they could stick with ours etc How they go about feeding, the foods they would be feeding How often they changed nappies and checked them etc, did they use creams for nappy rash and what products
I think the main one I asked about was food portions and sleep, my lo doesn't eat much and is under dietitian so I use to ask for photos before and answer. plus when they said my lo slept a full 2 hours I was shocked as didn't usually sleep longer than hr so I asked what they did differently.
