Definitely add Waterproof change mat covers, and a packet of puppy pads (we put 2 down, so if she pees whilst changing we remove one and still have one. Have gone through 2 in one change a few times when she was younger) saves needing to constantly wash the cover or clean the mat if it happens. We use the puppy pads when out too. Definitely lifesaver.
The magnetic onesies are amazing, pricey, but if you get even just a couple they’re so worth it especially for doctor appointments. Nursing pillow. Put a few things for yourself you’d like postpartum such as comfy pajamas and Uber eats gift card.
2 way zip onesies... bamboo ones if you're in a warmer climate
