When to be concerned regarding speech? My son has between 20-30 words/animal sounds/names, he hasn’t put any together yet to form phrases/sentences

Try not to worry too much right now, because it could all change in the next 6 plus months. However, I would personally go to a health visitor for a referral to some sort of speech and language group. If he’s just slightly delayed great the help will make it come quicker hopefully and if it’s a bit more then great he’s getting early intervention. Win win.
