My girl had hers last Wednesday, screamed for 30 seconds and then was fine as soon as I picked her up, gave her calpol straight away and then 3 hours later but she had no fever and was completely normal like nothing happened. All babies react differently to the vaccines so your experience will be completely different. I was prepared for the worse but it was nothing so just take it as it comes x
I took a bottle of milk with me, and once both injections were done I gave him the bottle and he calmed down, and was fine. Afterwards, I gave him Calpol and lots of cuddles and he slept really well 𼰠x
My boy had his today, cried for 30 seconds getting the injections but as soon as he was in my arms from dad's he calmed down. He's slept pretty much ever since apart from waking for a feed. When he's been awake he's cried though. Preparing myself for getting next to no sleep tonight though. Warning I cried hearing him cry so prepare yourself. He's had 2 lots of calpol ( 1 given before )
Hang in there, Amy! I know itâs scary but youâre doing whatâs best for your baby â¤ď¸ We did our little guys first round 2 weeks ago and he cried for about 30 seconds and then was good for the next 24 hours. We gave calphol that evening just in case, but he never ran a fever. As others have recommended, Iâd suggest having a bottle or dummy ready to go!
With you Amy! My 10 week old is also getting his first jabs tomorrow 𼺠sending lots of love. I BF, so am hoping I can get him on the boob asap!

Had my boys yesterday. We done calpol every 4-6 hours, just lots of cuddles and prepare to not get much sleep yourself. We had to hold him over night as he cried so much when put down. This morning after 24 hrs, the temp has gone and he seems to be back to himself x
