We use huckleberry as we both can access, and log naps, feeds, nappies and baths
I use Baby Daybook and it records everything and anything - including outings, baths, tummy time, vaccinations, you name it.
Huckleberry! And pay for the year for the nap sweetspot feature . Actual godsend!

I recommend the huckleberry app you can't record sleeps and meds and weight also, along with other things and you don't have to pay for it ( unless you want to upgrade)
