Pregnancy after miscarriage but only a sac seen on scan

I had a miscarriage in beginning of feb. I have a strong positive pregnancy test and a 3+ on clear blue. Had a scan today they could only see a sac and nothing inside. Has anyone had this and had a baby? Or what was the outcome please

Happened to me in early February, went in for ultrasound and only saw sac. Originally was told I was probably just too early to see anything because my hcg levels seemed consistent with early pregnancy but went back for couple other scans days/week later and nothing ever developed, then bled a week or so later. That was my experience, but the chance of it just being too early is always possibility, Need to be at least 6weeks to see anything. Hoping the best for you🫶🏽

Girl that just happened to me in February. I had to have a D&C

Unfortunately this didn't end well for me either......end of March....also had to do d and c.
