SLEEP INSOMNIA

Hey! I’m 25 weeks pregnant. Haven’t been able to sleep for days. Having serious trouble falling asleep. I sleep at 4 am wake up at 8 or 10am Sometimes I sleep at 6am wake up the same time. This inturn is driving me insane. My mind feels clouded all throughout the day. I can’t even sleep in the afternoon. All my anxious thoughts come in. Even when I sit with people my mind is still towards my problem. My family has been very helpful and supportive. But it’s still not helping me. And I’m going mad. I find no joy around me. Always full and sad

I was the same way! My doctor recommended I take unisom to help with insomnia. It worked wonders! Check with your OBGYN if this would be a safe option for you!

I agree, speak with your OB/GYN as he or she may need to refer you to a therapist.

I have been consulting a therapist for 2 days. It has helped the little. The issue is I’m not patient with myself.

I was told it was! I only took it a few nights a week for about 2 months. I could definitely tell the difference when I didn’t take it though.
