4 pregnancies and i didn't take them no matter which ones I took, no matter what time, with food, without food. I threw them back up, so I didn't take them after the first, like two weeks of knowing I was pregnant. I told my ob I didn't see a point when I was throwing them up. He told me just to make sure I was eating, sleeping, and exercising the appropriate amount. All my girls came out completely fine and perfectly healthy.
These are the ones I took my entire pregnancy. They were the only ones I could stomach. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084PHGYSX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I use to take the 1 a day with my first and I felt like doodoo the whole time I have a appointment next week so think imma bring it up to the ob and see what she thinks cause I’m really not trying to feel this one the whole time not with a 2 and 3 year old no thank youuuu lol
@Kat oh okay well then maybe I should just not take them if that’s more then likely the issue I tried the whole vitamin B6 thing with it and it almost makes it worse
I found one I’m on baby number three right now it’s called pink stork . Heard great things about it. Especially about the nausea. And another called ritual I heard great things about.
Also have you tried eat citrus fruits?? Heard it helps a lot.
Are you taking pills or gummys? I was able to keep the gummy ones down by taking them in the afternoon or evening.
I had the same issue & every one i tried made me sick. I didn't take prenatals I worked with my doctor to see what me & baby needed & what foods, foods, fruits, & veggies I needed to eat more of. Have you tried drinking ginger tea first & then taking the prenatals?
@Michelle yeah I have tired the still just comes up back up within the hour or two after taking them
@Sierra I tried this yesterday with some fresh ginger and it almost made it worse for me.
The only thing that seem to soothe my stomach for a little is mints or gum.
But still the puking is exhausting specially while taking care of two little ones still.
I had to take gummy ones too until the second trimester when the nausea got better too. Gummies helped.
I took the ones that didn’t have the fishy after taste. The brand is Mary Ruth drops. I also in alternative would take one a day advanced with choline. Just make sure to eat something when you take the choline. I always had a yogurt with it. For nausea you could try unison with vitamin b6

@Cheyenne there a prenatal called ritual that has mint flavored for mamas with issues like there. They have two different kinds citrus and mint flavors
These were my absolute favorite and helped with the nausea, still taking them postpartum and help me feel stronger through the day https://amzn.to/44fH9Jb
I can only take gummy vitamins. Even while not pregnant, any multivitamin in pill form makes me so nauseous and sick. I’ve tried everything from eating and not eating to different times a day to different brands. But the gummy is the only thing I can keep down. They’re not as good for you but it’s better than not getting any vitamins at all
Gonna have to try some of these. I skipped taking the prenatal yesterday and it was such a relief actually having energy for the day and not feeling like death all day long.
