Managing anxiety and ocd in pregnancy

Hi Everyone, I'm 19 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I have suffered with anxiety and ocd for a very long time due to trauma in my past. I am finding pregnancy increasingly isolating because my worries are over taking my brain and I feel like no one around me understands or can relate. My anxiety has latched on to food and what I'm eating. I've become so obsessed with making sure I don't eat the wrong thing that it's starting to make eating hard work and going out for food impossible (something I normally love doing). I desperately want to try and enjoy my pregnancy, but I'm starting to find it really tricky managing the anxiety and worries all the time. Does anyone have any tips or advice at all? ❤️

Hey! I suffer with anxiety and ocd myself. This is my first pregnancy to go full term so very precious. I suffered with food for a bit at the beginning so if you want to message and chat feel free. Just in general it’s triggered both which isn’t easy

Maybe just use an app for what it’s worth I think half the stuff they say not to eat is bull I had deli meat this whole pregnancy and my baby is fine 28 weeks and 2.9 lbs

Almost third time mom here. I ate what I wanted both previous pregnancies and this pregnancy same thing. I just make sure it’s fresh or cooked through.
