I also have a momcozy carrier and feel the same! But I also have a baby wrap carrier and find it so much more supportive and my baby seems to like that more, I have a izmi one bought from argos and also a trekki one (got it on vinted for £6!)
I have tried so many now (Najell, Bizzin, baby bjorn) and finally settled on a Tula free to grow. Love it!!!

Baby bjorn - pricey but worth it, feel so supported wearing it and don’t ache at all!
Ergo baby 360, if you love walking etc this is perfect & very foot support for baby x
Ergobaby Omni 360 100% for comfort and support. Try marketplace they always pop up. I also love the Artipoppe for ease but it’s silly money (it was a gift).
