TTC & period on holiday

Hi girls, this is such first world problems but I’m due to be on my period whilst on holiday next month & really don’t want to be, do you think if I got some of those tablets which stop your period it’d affect ttc?!

Anything hormonal can affect your fertility. Not long term but it may make your cycles irregular and making it hardier to TTC for a few months.

I've never heard of tablets that stop your period. But if you have to go swimming just wear a tampon and the rest of the time wear a tampon and a pad

Not overly so. Once u stop taking them you'll get your period within a day or 2 so id then wait til next period comes to get back on track again. You'll prob be outnof synch for 1, maybe 2 cycles

@Shannon Agreed! I personally wouldn't take them and just let your period come naturally, and then start trying as soon after your period finishes❤️

Thanks ladies! I mean we’ve been trying for almost a year so I think I’m going to get them, I don’t want my period to ruin my holiday
