Contraception

Currently 9mths pp and I've been on the pill again since as early as I could (no more babys for me yet!) I know periods can be irregular postpartum but I thought it would of settled down by now!! Going to be ringing the doctors this week but wondering if anyone knows of a contraception that stops me getting pregnant, has no hormones (only because I've no libido anymore) but can possibly still let me have a period once a month..
