Leave it be, my sons cleared up in a couple of weeks
I put a little fresh breast milk (if you have obviously) on the areas, but it really clears up on its own mostly. Just felt like the BM made it less red.
It's from your hormones the longer they're outside of you the easier it'll get breast milk helps but I'd just be sure to keep it clean in Time it'll go my first son had it and between milk and water it went away in a couple months

Leave it be. It'll clear on its own. I just made sure to wipe the spots with a clean cloth and water only when I gave my little girl a bath.
If breastfeeding you can try putting some of your milk on it. I would just ensure the skin is hydrated, for us Weleda face cream and body lotion worked well and it just cleared with time.
Let it clear up on its own. If it's blistering, put some breastmilk on it
Doctor told us to leave it apart from when give a bath and dab with cotton wool and cooled down boiled water. Our LG started on her forehead and it moved down her face, two weeks later it is cleaning up on her forehead x
Dab some breastmilk on it. It works.
I let it clear up on its own. My LO has sensitive skin in general so water only on the face and I either use Ferave baby lotion or burts bees “everything” cream at night

If you breastfeed you could put your breast milk or even do a oatmeal bath
Colostrum if you have any! I put some on my little boys cheeks every day and it cleared his acne within 4 days 🥰
Nothing much you can do. Resist popping it could get inflamed.
