Post laparoscopy, What treatment did you choose and why? I have been diagnosed recently due to 5 years of pain and no diagnosis before. I have been told I need to be on some sort of contraception. I don’t know which to choose, don’t want IUD and I hated being on pills and have no experience in injection and scared of the arm thing.

I am honestly just so unsure and someone in a reel comment said contraceptive pills causes cancer. Like what do I do.
I think the contraception does help control the symptoms mainly because you bleed less often so get the symptoms less often too. I haven’t heard of contraception causing cancer before to be honest

I was worried about the implant too and sometimes i do notice it but honestly after a couple of weeks you barely notice and its not so bad. I still get some random bleeding but it’s been ok.
