Baby acne
Hi all! My little girl is nearly 3 weeks old and the last couple of days I’ve noticed these tiny little spots appearing on her forehead, no where else. I’m pretty sure it’s baby acne but just wondering if any of your little ones experienced this? And how did you treat it/did it go away on its own? I’ve heard applying breastmilk works, how accurate is that?

I give my 5 months baby oat meal baths. I grind normal oats at home and mix the oats powder with baby bath liquid and use that for his bath. works wonderfully on his skin he didn’t got any rashes and he has a beautiful skin
