Measuring small

Has anyone else had any experience with being referred to fetal medicine as last growth scan showed babies femur bone is on the small side so been referred for more in depth scans? Im not sure what type of advice I'm looking for maybe some reassurance or just some info on how the appointment usually goes I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I am not convinced I'm gunna make it full term as last baby also stopped growing and was born at 36 weeks at 4lbs 7.5. Or better yet does anyone know how I can increase baby weight whilst still inside?

I’m in the exact same boat! I’m 31 weeks and we got referred to fetal medicine for small femur measuring. Our little ones is 2 weeks behind growth and is measuring 2nd percentile, but when I had a meeting with the consultant the other day he wasnt concerned at all. He said as long as baby’s head, tummy and blood flow are measuring okay, they might just have smaller legs! x

@Emma-Louise thankyou for commenting back, I think I've just got my back up a bit because a) i am 100% not prepared to have a second baby like have no car seat etc and b) there was mention of possible dwarfism etc and having to be induced early again im just nervous waiting I think x

I’ve just been referred for similar, my little one has short femurs (less than 1st percentile), but everything else is tracking normally. I’ve been referred to fetal medicine. I’m only 4’11 so it would make sense, but it’s hard not to worry! How quickly was your appointment after the referral and have they suggested doing anything differently with the rest of your pregnancy/labour or happy to carry on as normal?
