Childcare proof with universal credit

When submitting evidence that you have paid the nursery fee. Universal credit ask for proof by your statements. Can I send them the page the payment is on from the statements. Or do I need to send them the full statement (my statements are messy, as I move money into different pots and my elderly family will send me money so I can run errands for them)

They don’t need bank statements when I submit my childcare costs I submit the receipt and the invoice

@Naomi what type of receipt do you upload? As I uploaded a screenshot of payment one time and it got declined

I always uploaded my invoice from the childminder which states the timings and number of hrs and then the price

When I pay her she gives me a receipt detailing how much was paid and what date

Yes they need to give u receipts or u won’t be able to claim the money back

I just give the transaction receipt for the bank transfer payment and invoice

Go to your bank mobile app Then go to that transaction Then tap on Create PDF It will allow you to save the receipt on your phone. Thats the receipt i send with the invoice to UC
