You can use any. The NHS say there's no evidence using specific detergent is needed.

Any non-bio. Powders and tablets can contain harsher ingredients, so opt for liquid if unsure. Avoid softener - the perfumes can cause irritation for sensitive skin/asthma sufferers, and they reduce the absorbency of towels (that squeaky feeling).

@Katie I used to use fairy no bio and the softer. Babies skin got soooo dry, stopped using the softer and had EPiMAX cream prescribed by the drs and she’s been great ever since! Definitely don’t think it helps
