Would anyone be able to recommend the best laundry detergent & fabric softener to use on baby clothes please? 😊

I’ve used fairy non-bio x

You can use any. The NHS say there's no evidence using specific detergent is needed.

I use persil non bio and fairy softener x

Fairy non bio softner and detergent

I’ve always used fairy non bio and fabric softener x

Fairy non bio xx

Dr Beckmann non bio laundry sheets and fairy softener x

Fairy non bio pods and softener x

I just use Tesco non bio and sensitive conditioner

I use persil non bio and the Milton laundry tablets x

I always use M&S brand non bio and fairy conditioner…smells lush 🥰

Any non-bio. Powders and tablets can contain harsher ingredients, so opt for liquid if unsure. Avoid softener - the perfumes can cause irritation for sensitive skin/asthma sufferers, and they reduce the absorbency of towels (that squeaky feeling).

Just reading everyone's replies. So many people use softener.

Thank you everyone! ♥️

@Katie I used to use fairy no bio and the softer. Babies skin got soooo dry, stopped using the softer and had EPiMAX cream prescribed by the drs and she’s been great ever since! Definitely don’t think it helps

I use fairy tablets & comfort baby

I use Ecover non bio

I use fairy non bio pods and the fabric conditioner on certain clothing, been using since birth

Any are absolutely fine, I'd just continue using whatever you normally use
