Check with your daycare centre but usually if you have used up the 42 absent days you can provide a medical certificate for absence due to illness and still receive a subsidy for those days. https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/child-care-subsidy-if-your-child-absent-from-child-care?context=41186
I work in childcare, if your child is home due to illness give the centre a medical certificate. You will not receive full fees. Always always always get a med certificate
What about being charged full fees for public holidays? Still need a dr certificate Its insane and the service isn’t even open!!
If you get a DR certificate I believe you will go back to cheaper fees :)
