This is so random and not totally answering your question but over Easter weekend we spilled a big basket of plastic eggs on the floor next to our 7 month old and now it’s his favorite thing. I think it’s going to help him learn to crawl. He rolls all over from egg to egg trying to grab them, and scoots around to get to them. He loves it!
mine is thoroughly enjoying a large plastic spoon we use in the kitchen 💀
My baby loves shaking rattles that make noise and the soft books that have pictures and textures on them
Ring stacker or shape sorter. We have the classic fisher price ones and the baby will use them for years. First to take apart or bang together and eventually the "right" way. They can also put them in their mouths. The chunky puzzles like Melissa and Doug are also good toys for "evolving" use!
@Kara lol my little one loves the Easter eggs. They’re in her tub for bath time on her blanket when she’s doing tummy time and it’s was for her to pick up and hold
@Barbara ours loves the ring stacker too!!
Thank you everyone!!!
I have multiple fisher price Einstein toys electric music ones a singing cocomelon toy but my son prefers to play with diapers remotes soft books
We have some toys that are technically for 3+ but are simple enough for our baby to use for motor function ie: big boxes with multiple sides that doe something different like a spin wheel and follow-the-track toys we have some toy instruments etc just lots of learning and motion things!
