I buy once and never buy again. I have a combo of cloth pads, period undies heavy/overnight flow, and the cup, and I use what I need or my mood or what I’m doing but I don’t ever need to buy any more. The cup holds heaps, I think 4 tampons worth. And my period undies last all night no leaks, it can hold 8 tampons worth. I do wanna try a disc. That’s next. How nice is it to always have period products on hand and literally never ever run out, it’s bliss
Always infinity flex foam. So comfy and saved my life. Tampons are useless its like PP periods flow right on past them haha

I do the reusable cotton pads, there are sizes to handle levels of flow. I wear them with boy shorts or bike shorts to hold them in depending on how intense flow is - used to have thinx but after learning about the chemicals just opted for my existing older shorts. Have used the cups but I like having long nails and couldn't make that work lol
