Advice TTC

Hi Ladies, My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 8 months now. I may be impatient, but I got pregnant first try with my Ex and had a healthy little boy. I have had tests which show polycystic ovaries but not polycystic ovary syndrome. My husband has always liked his drink, and even after cutting it off for months, I thought we may get somewhere. I have tried men’s fertility tablets and we are both on folic acid. I am 24 and my husband is 40. He has a clinical sperm test in July however, I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suppliments they swear by to try and help us. We unfortunately miscarried at 4 weeks a few months back and every month we get our hopes up and they are deflated by that time of the month. Have tried ovulation trackers and LH tests ect. Thank you 🤍

Get him on coq10 as Ubiquinol, NAC and a good multi with zinc. That will improve sperm quality. My husband is 41 and he took those and we conceived. We also took omega 3 and vitamin D.

To be fair, there was no evidence that my husband had poor sperm quality. I’m 39 so I was also on the same supplement. So just to improve overall egg and sperm quality.

Legs up in the air, pillow under back for 20mins after sex? Eating lots of orange veg to regulate your hormones/ensure ovulation? Plan something exciting for after sex like a Chinese/wine so it’s a double win? Good luck x
