Artipoppe carriers

Anyone have one and can tell me if they’re worth the hype/money? Currently using a Tula which I really like but I’ve heard that Artipoppe is better?

I have one and if you go on normal walks and like the look of them, go for it. I wouldn’t say it would be great on long hikes though. Did a 2 hour dog walk with my baby and by the end I was starting to feel it in my back.

Tula carriers get a good write up and lots of carrier specialists recommend them. Don’t think you need to get an Artipoppe. I do have an Artipoppe and love it but that’s for a few reasons. My first was a total koala baby and couldn’t be put down and would scream in the pram etc. so spent so much time in the carrier. I had a baby bjorn mini carrier which was great when she was a newborn but actually is a terrible carrier for positioning and back especially once they get bigger so I needed a better one anyways and I loved the look of the Artipoppe and given I was spending hours carrying per day felt I could justify it. It’s a good carrier for inwards facing. It is terrible and wouldn’t recommend for forward facing though all carriers guide this should be for 20mins max anyways and no sleep that way and I think babies should just stay inwards so didn’t bother me. When she was 1 we used as a back carrier and also liked that. But it doesn’t do anything extra compared to Tula.

There's loads of discussions about this on the 'baby wearing UK' Facebook page. Some people love theirs but you can absolutely get carriers that are just as good or better for cheaper. I think the general consensus is that they are a luxury product and if you have the money and like them then thats fine but you do not need to spend that much to get a good carrier.

Thanks all 😊❤️it doesn’t sound like I’m missing out on much so think I’ll stick to my Tula!
