@Paige I thought it was 2 days after peak you start counting, this is what my period app does because realistically the egg can be released anywhere from 12-48 hours later?x

So if my peak was the 10th how many days past ovulation am I?
It's not a stupid question. Some people may count differently but I did peak day, next day is ovulation and the day after is 1dpo.
Either 3 or 4 DPO depends. Your best bet is testing at 10DPO minimum and don’t be disappointed if it’s negative x
I'd say 4dpo. I used the premom app, it helped me a lot when testing
I’d say 3dpo no one ever knows when they ovulate so you could be 3 or 4 . I always go from 2 days after peak & most apps do too x

@Paige sorry I meant you have peak day, then “ovulation day” but you may not ovulate the day after peak it could be 2 days after” which technically would mean 1dpo *could* be 3 days after your peak :) because we won’t ever know when the egg was released. I agree though I always go with the smaller dpo as your better to think your not as far as it saves you disappointment and stops you from testing too soon 🥰
@Shannon absolutely some people peak the same day as ovulation some take 48 hours who knows the science behind it 🤣 for me personally I feel I ovulate the same day as my peak … only because I peak in the am and by 7-8 pm I always have lots of cramping x
The day after ovulation So you will get your peak The next day ovulate The day after would be 1dpo Xx
