Sperm lives in the body for approximately 5 days. The 5 days before ovulation are your highest chance to get pregnant. You won't likely have any signs of pregnancy until implantation, as that's when your body actually "gets pregnant". Up to a week or so after ovulation. You may experience some implantation cramps or spotting. Or you may not feel anything until closer to when your period is expected. To test accurately you need to wait until closer to your expected period. Most tests have a threshold of HCG presence that coincides with the first day where your period is expected. For most accurate testing, test with your first pee in the morning, as that's when levels with be the most concentrated.
