Yeah I agree with Nadia’s advice. Try and find an early detection test that you can get a few days before period is due x
I did an early test yesterday and it was negative 😕
Maybe it was too early? Only other advice then is to wait a few more days like maybe 3 more days and test again if your period still hasn't arrived. And again I know it's not super helpful but try not to stress as they say that can affect your cycle x
Honestly wait it out, with my 2.5 year old I waited till I was 2 weeks late, with my 1 year old, I started spotting, no period really arrived I had a negative test on the Wednesday and by the Friday it was positive, you may have ovulated later if it is positive it may take a while! Good luck, I don’t know what you would prefer from your original post, just to reassure you I have an accidental 18 month age gap and their bond outlays how hard it is! Either way, you have choice, you have options and you have time. Don’t panic, wait until you can test again xx
@Chelsie I nearly died last time so I was hoping to leave a bit of a longer age gap to reduce the risk! The spotting lasted 1 day and I'm on day 3 of cramps now
I have never been so relieved to see so much blood come out of me.
They do, do tests that you can use up to 6 days early before a missed period if that helps, ClearBlue ones. Only other advice I can say is try not to stress but I know that's not helpful at all. Sorry I don't have any other advice x
