Hard poop
My 7 month baby won’t poop unless i help her to push! She’s not constipated i think, because she is pooing time to time but the poop is really hard and dry, and she’s like pushing poop all the time by herself and when I check her diaper, there’s nothing. she drinks water but she would only take a sip 1 or 2 times, i gave her “Heinz by nature prune puree” still no change🥲 health visitor recommended i give her “aptamil” the one in battle that’s already made, she didn’t like it she refused to drink it! I don’t know what to do am so confused😒

@Skye do you mean i should mix prune and pear as a puree?
Yes you can buy prune puree or pear and apple etc and it will soften stool but that definitely looks like constipated poo to me x

That looks like a constipated poop to me. I’d try offering prune and pear for lunch etc to help her go. I’ve had both in my son’s diet since we started weaning as I didn’t want him to get constipated. So far so good for us.
