Yeah in the Facebook group they likely won’t ask you to visit if you’re just trying to find out which carrier it is!

I was given this by a friend too, so also no instructions but I think it had weight limits printed on the inside bit if I’m remembering right? 🤔 We used ours until around 15 months ish, then she just wanted to walk and wouldn’t go in anymore.

Looks like the mini. Lasts well for the first few months (4-6) Beyond that it is not supportive enough because it no longer supports knee to knee and the lack of a waistband means it's uncomfortable.
@Natalie oh no it’s not the mini - I had that also and passed that one on as it’s so small 💙
I wouldn't use this one with a baby any older than that cos it wouldn't be supportive or allow for the m shape because it's a narrow based carrier.

I'd definitely look into alternatives.
You would be better asking this in the Babywearing UK group on Facebook. It has qualified sling consultants in there that can advise you. They also allow you to post anonymously.
