Holiday stroller using emirates

Hi all, I’ve just found out today I’m going to Thailand via emirates for Christmas with my family and the emirates website says you can take a stroller in cabin or hold but has to be fully collapsible. I’m a FTM so not overly sure what it means by fully collapsible. I have a puggle Seattle fold and go stroller which I use as a space saver when going anywhere with other stuff in my boot. It does all fold up in one piece as in this picture - does anyone know if this is okay for travelling via emirates? Will put in the hold anyway as don’t need it in the cabin - LO will be 20 months by time we travel and is close to walking at the moment so hoping will be walking by then but if not will have my baby carrier on me anyways.

That should be fine 😊 we’ve just travelled to Australia with emirates and they asked how many parts our pram folds into (1). They tag it at check in with your hold bags and then you can use it in the airport to the gate where they will take it from you. If you do a layover at all you don’t get it back at your stop, it stays with the luggage. Also worth knowing you don’t get it back until you retrieve your hold luggage at your destination airport so worth having a bag carrier with you. Some airports like Dubai have prams you can borrow so might be worth looking into x

That should be fine. We have the kinderkraft pilot 2 which folds down to a size of a cabin bag so can go overhead instead of the hold

@Beth thank you!!!! Yes Heathrow and Dubai both do the strollers can borrow I’ve checked so was planning to just check the pram in with luggage and then collect one I can borrow in the airport! But will definitely have my baby carrier with me in hand luggage for if she gets tired anyway and my dad will help me hold her if needed too thankfully!
