Got my first ultrasound

I'm 12 weeks. I won't feel certain until the anatomy scan or tests twll me but... nub theorists and more out there... what do yall think I'm having? (3rd pregnancy and 1st time I'm told their machine doesn't have a printer) this is a screenshot off a video
