I’m using earth mama sensitive soap for my bb girl who had the absolute WORST newborn acne - that paired with breast milk spread on her skin after her bath has cleared up almost all of her acne now. Not using any moisturizer, but cerave baby was what my pediatrician recommended
Mustela! We had real bad baby acne, eczema and overall she has super sensitive skin. For wash and shampoo we use aquaphor scent free and for lotion aquaphor mixed with some breastmilk.
I’ve been using Aveeno… my baby is 4 weeks and hasn’t had any baby acne thus far.
We use the dove hypoallergenic just cause that’s what I used for my son with his eczema when he was younger.
Micellar water! Clears up baby acne super fast! For eczema bathe them in an oat bath. Soothes the skin and is all natural.

Cetaphil or aquafor baby wash Coconut oil for moisturizer. Stay away from Johnson and Johnson. It is super drying to the skin and hair
