I would include nuts, seeds and supplemental vitamins (magnesium, amino acids) into diet, and raw veg (like salads, broccoli & carrots with ranch, etc) to get all of its nutrients that are usually cooked out. I definitely struggle with my sweet tooth, but I’d suggest not buying any sweets from the store, but try making your own and subbing traditional sugar with a cane sugar (unbleached), date sugar, honey or like coconut sugar. There are a lot of sugar replacements that are healthy and sweet.

I’ve read the Mediterranean diet is very good for health. I eat a lot of sweet stuff tho lol but I replace white sugar in baked goods with maple syrup (you have to add less of other liquids) and I use oat and almond flour

I try to always find alternatives Like take ripped banana to bake a cake instead of sugar, it is still sweet but much healthy I have this rule to myself to never eat something sugary or a snack if I don’t eat before a proper meal with protein and veggies Also if I really want to eat a cake, I eat only protein and veggies before and remove carbs, so that the cake is the carb lol and it’s more equilibrate I’m also a big fan of fruits so if I really want some sugar I ate some fruits and most of the time my craving goes away like that

I've always been thin, even during pregnancy not alot of ppl knew until 7 months. After having the baby I continued to eat healthy but I've definitely put on few pounds it hard trying to get rid of it.

I’ve recently lost 2.5 stone and still eat chocolate and crisps but the lower calorie version. I eat a sandwich for lunch but it’s 55cal per slice. Dinner is what I normally eat but avoid stuff like pizza and go for lean meats although I am having a 500 cal flatbread pizza tonight. I use TikTok for recipe ideas to stop it getting boring.
