I have never been an early tester, just to guard my heart. But my OTD was 9dp5dt so the equivalent of 14dpo x
Thanks both! So strange that your OTD was 9dp5dt, whereas mine is 15dp… and our embryo was a day 6. So I’m thinking could that be one day earlier in itself? I see some people getting positives from 4dp5dt…
My clinics OTD was 11dp5dt, but I was a bridesmaid THAT DAY! Personally I felt very different from my 1st failed FET and decided to test the weekend before as I wanted to get my head round things before having to put on a happy face at the wedding… instead I spent the whole wedding dashing to the toilet 🤣🤢 I got my first super faint 4dp and definite positive 5dp. Good luck! Xx
I tested early on both my IVF pregnancies (fresh and fet) both d8p5dt. If you did a trigger shot with a fresh round you can get a false + so be wary. I was lucky I was + both times but I also got a sensitive early test as it only needed 10iu of HCG not 25iu. I found boots own brand yo be very good x
@Jen it totally depends on the clinic. My first round was NHS and theirs was 16dp5dt. Not sure of the logic (if there’s any!!) X
@Jen hi Jen, I do see something to. Did you do a trigger shot? I have read that FRER tests aren’t as good as they used to be and are really hard to get hold of in the UK now. Perhaps try a different brand of red dye that’s sensitive. The easy@home ones are sensitive and cheap. Good luck! Xx
I alllllways tested early and after initially being upset convinced myself the negative tests were wrong and then had another few days before testing again only for the answer to be confirmed 😭 I tested early for my positive with clear blue early detection and that was correct, I can't remember now how many days ahead that was though, not many. So my best advice is try to wait 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
