Make sure you get an ultrasound to make sure all the tissue came out if you haven't already

@Dianna I did two ultrasounds, two days in a row, when I went to the ER while it was happening. I was only told I needed to come back for lab work. I haven’t gone in since I stopped spotting though.
I’m so sorry for your loss 💕 I had a miscarriage in Dec, first period was just over 4 weeks (although I’m told this can sometimes take longer to regulate again), then fell pregnant the following cycle in Feb. Ovulation sticks are a great place to start, I’d continue taking any prenatal vits too. I generally just tried to look after myself and cut processed foods. BBT can also be helpful to confirm ovulation, and BD every other day during your fertile window. I hope you get your rainbow soon! ☺️
@Amy thank you so much! Congratulations on your rainbow baby! 🤍 Your story truly gives me hope, and I’m thankful for that tonight.
I just had a miscarriage as well. From the day I started bleeding to start the miscarriage to the time I got my period was exactly 4 weeks. I started trying after that first period. I do use ovulation strips as well to track ovulation. For me I still ovulated at the same time as I did before the MC
