Pillow help

I have had enough of my pillow and need advice. Looking at the momcozy ones either f or u shaped. Any recommendations? I get very hot when sleeping and don’t want to overheat in a massive thing but very aware I need the support as I’m ending up on my front or back 😵‍💫

I have a Dream Genii pillow - perfect for sleeping on your left side. I used it with our first baby, and it’s fab for feeding too. Bought mine on eBay for a fraction of the price 👍 x https://www.dreamgenii.com/collections/pregnancy-pillows

I really don’t like my momcozy one. It’s far far far too firm and big, takes up so much space and just is too solid. I used to have a bbhug me but it’s been used to death and worn out now, so went for a cheaper alternative and massively regretted it!

I went with the mom cozy. I can’t get on with it but it is very good. I find sleeping ontop of duvet with a blanket is the best way to not overheat, hate that I can’t toss and turn in it tho, locs you into the side position and supports your whole body. However! It’s massive, takes up a lot of room in my king bed with my partner in also. And I hate feeling restricted. Each to their own

Have you considered a ‘wedge pillow’ instead? I got the Babybub one (there are alternatives) but that style really works for me. The wedges support back and bump and encourage side-sleeping. I turn from one side to the other quite a bit so it’s great to allow me to do that without wrestling with a giant sausage in the bed! I also figured it will be much cooler to sleep with during the summer months.

I have the momcozy f shape pillow and really like it. It is huge but it supports me everywhere. The wedge is great for the bump and the larger bit stops me rolling on my back which I’m doing a lot of now. Also the bit for inbetween your knees is great and is taking pressure off I didn’t know I had! Admittedly I did buy it very early and I think I only need to start using now really! My last pregnancy I bought a boomerang shaped one and it done nothing for supporting my bump. Highly recommend some sort of wedge pillow if you don’t decide on the momcozy x

@Amy this is what I have just gone for, my other was a very small version of this but was Velcro and kept coming apart. Keeping the wedge bits of it just incase anything else is needed.

@LMK I had one of these but the Velcro keeps ripping apart. I found it super comfortable but has flattened out and isn’t quite working for me now.

@Kit I’m 22 weeks and have used it since about 12 weeks (initially I used it more to help with back support). It’s holding up fine atm, although my bump isn’t particularly big yet - so hopefully it lasts!
